1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or purchasing from this website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase any product listed on it.
2. Nature of the Products — For In Vitro Use Only, Not for Human Use
Every reagent listed on this Site is sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research purposes. Our products are not drugs, food, food additives, dietary supplements, medical devices, or cosmetics under any applicable law. Nothing on this Site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, and none of these statements have been evaluated by the FDA or any equivalent regulatory body.
3. Eligibility & Buyer Certification
By placing an order, you certify that you are (a) at least 21 years of age, (b) a qualified researcher, laboratory, or institution with the training and facilities to safely handle research chemicals, and (c) acquiring the product solely for in-vitro laboratory research — not for human or veterinary consumption, administration, or resale as a consumable good.
4. No Medical Advice
Nothing on this Site, including product descriptions, classifications, or category labels, constitutes medical, dosing, or clinical advice. Any research literature referenced is provided for scientific context only.
5. Proper Handling & Disposal
You are solely responsible for handling, storing, and disposing of all purchased material in accordance with applicable laboratory safety standards and local, state, and federal law. Biological Laboratories is not responsible for improper use, storage, or disposal of any product after delivery.
6. Orders, Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed per lot size and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we cannot verify buyer eligibility under Section 3.

9. Prohibited Uses
You may not use any product purchased from this Site for human or veterinary consumption or administration, represent our products as approved for such use, or resell our products as a consumable, therapeutic, or cosmetic good to any third party.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Biological Laboratories or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are supplied “as is” for research purposes, with purity data provided per lot. Except as expressly stated, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biological Laboratories will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, handling, or use of any product sold on this Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Biological Laboratories harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your use, misuse, or handling of any product purchased from this Site, or from your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

When you submit the inquiry form, we receive the information you choose to enter — typically your name, email address, institution or lab name (optional), the reagent you’re asking about, and any message you write. The form opens your own email client to send this information directly to us; we do not store form submissions on this Site.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, confirm research-use eligibility, prepare quotes or orders, and provide Certificates of Analysis on request. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.
4. Cookies & Analytics
This Site does not currently set tracking cookies or run third-party analytics. If that changes, this section will be updated to describe what is collected and how to opt out.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share order-related information with shipping carriers and independent testing labs strictly as needed to fulfill an order or provide a Certificate of Analysis.
6. Data Retention
We retain inquiry and order correspondence only as long as needed to fulfill your request and meet our own record-keeping and legal obligations.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information shared with us, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Shipping & Refunds Policy
Effective: July 2026 · Biological Laboratories
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of buyer-eligibility confirmation. Processing may take longer for large, bulk, or institutional orders.
2. Shipping Method & Cold-Chain Handling
Lyophilized reagents are shipped in discreet, insulated packaging. Cold-chain or dry-ice shipping is available on request for orders that require it — ask before you order if your protocol needs it.
3. Shipping Eligibility & Restrictions
We ship only to buyers who have certified research-use eligibility under our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to decline shipment to any address or buyer we cannot reasonably verify, and to comply with any destination’s local restrictions on research-chemical imports.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on destination and carrier and are provided at checkout or by email. Biological Laboratories is not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order details so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
6. Returns Eligibility
Because our products are research chemicals sold by the lot, we can only accept returns of unopened, unreconstituted vials in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Reconstituted, opened, or used vials cannot be returned for safety and quality-control reasons. Incorrect or defective items are eligible for a return or replacement regardless of this window — contact us first.
7. Refund Process
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item, or immediately for confirmed carrier loss or a defective/incorrect shipment.
